W2/BHP

The W2-BHP style wear-rings are primarily used on hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder pistons and rod glands. Their main function is to prevent metal-to-metal scoring as well as insuring that reciprocating parts are properly centered.
They are finished machined to a thickness tolerance of +/-.001” unless otherwise specified. The state-of the-art process and continuous improvement, generally keep the process Cpk’s above 3.5.
