Warranty

It is expressly agreed that they are no warranties, expressed or implied, made by the seller on products, furnished, except the manufacturer’s warranty against defective material or workmanship as follows : We guarantee our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Our liability for breach of any and all warranties is limited to refunding our invoice price of the product, or at our own option, replacement of the material free of charge, including transportation charges but not cost of installation. The sale of products under any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, is not authorized by the company.
